| 摘 要： | 监事会规模与经营绩效负相关,监事会持股比例、监事会薪酬水平、监事会年内开会次数与经营绩效正相关。目前应采取扩大监事会权力、建立真正有效的激励约束机制来不断完善我国监事会制度。
