| 摘 要： | 随着中国高等教育改革的深入，举债融资成为高等学校解决资金短缺问题的一种必然选择，市场经济的发展使高等学校举债融资具有一定的可能性。举债融资在给高等学校增加教育经费投入、创造发展机遇的同时，也给高等学校的正常运营带来了一定的不确定性，使高校负债融资存在一定风险。针对高校举债融资风险问题，应以保证高校教学质量为前提，基于高等教育可持续发展理念，运用高校发展的人本指数控制举债规模和防范风险。 |

| Abstract: | With the deepening of our higher education revolution, debt financing becomes an inevitable choose to resolute the lack of capital in universities and colleges. The debt financing increases the education input and brings the development opportunity to the universities and colleges, but at the same time, it makes many difficulties to the normal operation, so there is some venture of the debt financing. Aimed to these venture, we should utilize the human - oriented index to control the debt scale and guarantee the teaching quality based on the higher education's sustainable development. |
