| 摘 要： | 中国集成电路起步于20世纪60年代中期,经过30多年的发展,已经基本建立了从设计、制造、封装到测试的产业 链架构,并形成一定的发展规模。本文首先从价值链的角度分析了集成电路产业价值链的结构和特点,对我国集成电路产业 价值链存在的问题进行了分析,以及发展中国集成电路产业的对策建议。
