| 摘 要： | 农村富余劳动力转移已成为影响河北省经济发展的重要问题。针对“十一五”期间农村富余劳动力转移问题,河北省的路径选择是:提高农村富余劳动力的整体素质;建立健全劳动力市场;建立统筹城乡就业的管理体制;加快城镇化进程;大力发展农村二、三产业。

| Abstract: | It has become an important problem that the countryside surplus labor transfer effects economic development of Hebei province.The paper analyses the status quo and the interfering factors,putting forward the basic notion of countryside surplus labor transfer of Hebei province,namly,two-way management for the city and town to take it in.Aiming for the problem of countryside surplus labor force transfer of Hebei province during the eleventh "Five Year Plan",we point out the path selection of Hebei province: enhance the integral quality of countryside surplus labor force transfer;establish sound labor market;found an overall management job system of city and village;expedite urbanization and strive to develop the second and the third of countryside industries. |
