| 摘 要： | 企业是一个复杂的人造系统,内部活动充满诸多不确定性,因而不可避免地存在着程度不同的“灰色政治”问题。这种基于利益冲突和权力角逐而产生的“灰色政治”活动,虽然在客观上对保持企业活力有一定促进作用,但过强的“灰色政治”活动则会阻碍企业目标的顺利实现,必须进行有效疏导和有限规避,从而保证企业的健康运行。

| Abstract: | Enterprise is a complex man made system.Its internal action is embalmed in much uncertainty.Therefore unavoidably it is in existence more or less grey political question.This based on conflict of interests and power fighting produced grey political action.Objectively speaking it has active effect on maintaining of the vitality of enterprise.But too strong gray political action may hinder realization of the goals.So we must make way for virtual persuasion and limited maneuver and assure enterprise's running in good health. |
