我国农村人力资源开发中存在的问题及对策

在国内外农村发展和反贫困的思潮中,人的发展都处于核心位置。在我国贫困的农村地区,一方面,人力资源低效 使用,另一方面,高素质劳动力却极为缺乏。因此,加大农村人力资源开发对我国有着重要意义。本文即从这一点出发,对我 国农村人力资源开发过程中存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的解决途径。

The Problems Existing in the Human Resource Development of Rural Area in Our Country and countermeasures

In the orientation of rural development and antipoverty movement in the world, the development of individual is always the core. In the underdeveloped rural area of our country, on the one side the employment of human resource is lowly efficient, on the other side the shortage of high quality labor is urgent. As a result, it is significant to put emphasis on developing the human resource in the rural area. From this point of view, we analyze the problems existing in the human resource development of rural area in our country and give a solution.
