破除行政区划障碍 推动京津冀协调发展

中共河北省第七次党代会明确提出了加快建设沿海经济社会发展强省的目标，京津冀地区的协调发展将是国家重点支持的对象，京津冀三方应在共赢的前提下，加大政策协调的力度和产业协调的力度，破除行政区划障碍。加快打造一条紧密联系的沿海经济产业带，加快河北省会城市群建设，从而真正实现河北省与京津的融合和一体化，促进京津冀经济协调发展。

Eradicating the Barrier on Administrative Area,Impeling the Coordinated Development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei

Chinese Communist Party of Hebei Province's seventh meeting explicitly propose the goal of speeding up the construction of the coast economic society to develop the strong province,the Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei areas' coordinated development will be the national key support object.Under the premise of the Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei tripartite win altogether,we should enlarge the policy coordination dynamics and industrial coordination dynamics,will have to eradicate the administrative area to delimit the barrier,speed up makes a close relation the coastal economical industry belt,have to hold the new opportunity,speed up the construction of Hebei provincial capital city group thus truly to realize Hebei Province and Beijing's and Tianjin's fusion and the integration,and realize the economy coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.
