| 摘 要： | 京津冀港口群协调发展,对其腹地经济发展有着良好的互动作用。港口群功能的不协调是制约其发展的主要原因之一。应制定科学的整体发展规划,建立行政区划上协调与合作机制,实现港口群优势互补,推进市场进程,完善京津冀临港产业分工与合作机制。

| Abstract: | The harmony development of the Jing-jin-ji port group has the fine interaction function to the hinterland's economy development.The uncoordinated of the port group function is me main reason of limiting its development.We should make out the scientific whole development design,set up the regional coordination and cooperation mechanism,realize the advantage supplymentary of the port group,advance the market development and perfect the industry mechanism of division and cooperation in the Jing-jin-ji near port. |
