| 摘 要： | 从可持续发展的角度出发，以系统理论为指导，在对影响海洋经济可持续发展的因素进行全面分析的基础上。构建海洋经济可持续发展能力的评价指标体系，建立评价海洋经济可持续发展能力的模型，并对中国沿海区域海洋经济可持续发展能力进行定量分析和评价，为国家和地方制定海洋经济政策、贯彻实施海洋经济发展规划、评价和调控区域海洋经济发展态势以及动态评估区域海洋经济可持续发展能力，提供支撑和辅助决策。

| Abstract: | From the angle of the sustainable development,guided by the system theory and based on the whole analysis on the effect dactors on the sustainable development of ocean economy,we can construct the appraisement index system of the ocean economy's sustainable development,set up the model of appraisins the sustainable development ability of the ocean economy and analyze quantitatively and appraise the sustainable development ability of China's coastal section,and supply the support and dicision tutorship for formulatins the policy of ocean economy,carring out the plan of ocean economy the sustainable development ability of regional ocean economy. |
