| 摘 要： | 在现存的多种农业产业化组织形式中,“反租倒包”是一种相对重要的组织形式,对其契约安排进行考察,有利于探究农户与龙头企业联结的稳定机理.研究表明:“反租倒包”这种组织形式通过土地要素契约和商品契约的共同作用,对劳动要素形成了约束,有效地减少了交易成本,形成了稳定的契约安排.

| Abstract: | The "Reverse Rent through Inverse Contract" is a relatively important form of organization in different kinds of existing agricultural industrial organization.To study its contractual arrangement is conducive to explore stabilizing mechanism of the link between farmer and leading enterprise.The research show that through the combination of the commodity contract and land factor contract,the "reverse rent through inverse contract" forms a constraint on the labor factor in the agricultural industrial organization,reduce the transaction cost and create a stable contractual arrangement effectively. |
