以深化改革推动京津冀协同发展

京津冀区域经济发展不协调、少协作、区域竞争力弱。必须深化改革,建立协同发展的体制与机制,才能推动和实现京津冀一体化发展,为此,应建立京津冀协同发展协调机构,科学合理地明确京津冀各自的功能定位,调整现行财税制度、考核制度等制度安排,制定区域资源协同利用共享使用政策,促进区域要素合理流动,统筹区域城乡一体化发展,实现区域生态建设一体化。

Deepening the Reform to Promote the Coordinated Development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei

The regional economic development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei was uncoordinated and less collaboration, it did not form a community of interests and regional competitiveness is weak. We must deepen the reform, establish the system and mechanism of coordinated development, can promote and realize the development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration. Therefore, we should establish collaborative development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordination mechanism, scientific and reasonable to define functions of each of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, adjust the current tax system, arrangements for assessment system, makes use of regional resources sharing policy coordination, promotes the rational flow of the regional key elements, develops the regional urban-rural integration, and realizes the integration of regional ecological construction.
