| Abstract: | Modern property rights system is the core of modem enterprise system. At present, Chinese city water business enterprise faces dual pressure of the internal mechanism and the increasingly vigorous exterior competition. From property rights angle to carry on the reform to the city water business enterprise, it is the city water business enterprise to build up the modem business enterprise system and seek inevitable choice of the farsighted development in market turn progress. |
