| 摘 要： | 基于中国省区水平上的面板数据,借鉴Kiel处理面板数据的方法,对西部大开发的物质资本和人力资本投资政策进行评估,结果表明:西部大开发的物质资本投入虽然促进了西部地区经济增长的速度,但是该政策并没有缩小东西部地区经济增长的差距,西部地区的经济增长仍然落后于东部地区的经济增长。西部大开发的人力资本投资政策并没有显示出其对西部地区经济增长的作用。

| Abstract: | This article evaluated the finance and human capital investment policy of the western development by lending the Kiel’s way to deal with the Panel data based on the Panel data from several provinces in our country,the results indicate that the finance investment hastened the western economy development,but this policy has not shortened the gap between the west and the east.In addition,the human capital investment policy of the west development has not worked to the western economy increase. |
