| 摘 要： | 江苏省产学研合作的主要模式有成果转让、合作开发、人才培养、共建实体、科技园区、校企联盟、战略联盟七种模式。科技园模式、校企联盟和战略联盟是江苏省产学研合作模式发展的重要方向。产学研战略联盟模式符合江苏省产业发展需求,应大力发展;对产业重大技术创新应运用官产学研合作模式;要积极发展与江苏省产业发展重点相契合的高新技术产业园区。推进江苏省产学研合作应建立健全产学研合作服务平台;加快建设与规范科技中介体系;加大对产学研合作的资金支持;强化税收优惠政策,为产学研合作创造良好条件。
