缩小贫富差距的政策取向

改革开放以来,中国贫富差距不断拉大,超过了0.4的国际警戒线标准,在这种形势下,传统意义上的弱势群体出现变化,表现为一些新的特征和成员构成,在中国社会转型这样一个时期里,他们的形成有特定的原因,因此也应有相应的政策解决弱势群体问题来缩小贫富差距,才可以真正实现中国从传统的农业国向现代化的工业国的平稳转型。

From the beginning of reform and open,the poverty gap is larger and larger,and has passed 0.4 what is the standard of international alert.In this status of affairs,the traditional vulnerable group has changed,and has new characteristics and new composition.In the period of the conversion of our society,this phenomenon has its special reasons,so there should be policies for settling this problem to diminish the poverty gap,and then turn our country from a traditional agricultural country to a modern industrial country smoothly.
