| Abstract: | There is an obvious industry gap and the possibility of industry tranfer in the economic circle composed by Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei province. Hebei province should fully take the advantage of nearing Beijing and Tianjin and make use of industry transfer law to accept the industry transfer of Beijing and Tianjin. As the breakthrough to carry out the two-circle strategy and optimize industry structure. |
