联合库存管理的经济效益研究

随着市场竞争不断地由单个企业间竞争向供应链间竞争演变,联合库存管理(JMI)作为供应链环境下新的库存管理思想应运而生。相比于传统库存模型,JMI具有战略联盟、信息优势、成本优势、核心企业优势等诸多优势。从模型分析角度,基于JMI的库存模型具有较低的系统总成本,提高了供应链的运作效率。JMI在企业实践中的应用,需要克服地域分布、技术、道德风险等障碍,通过信息共享、业务外包等手段,在不同行业领域实现经济效益等价值。

Research on Economic Efficiency of Jointly Managed Inventory

With the competition among individual firms evolving into the competition across the supply chains, the jointly managed inventory （JMI）have emerged as new thoughts of inventory management under supply chain environment. Compared with the traditional inventory model, JMI has the advantage of strategic alliance, information, cost and the core enterprise and so on. From a quantitative angle, overall system cost based on JMI in inventory model is lower than the tradition one. To achieve the application of JMI in the enterprise practice, obstacles like regional distribution, technique and moral hazard should be overcome, thus promoting the value realization of JMI in different sectors and industries.
