| Abstract: | With the development of the global economic integration and the improvement of each country's economic opening degree,the strength and the weakness of enterprise's technical innovation capability have become the key factor to decide enterprise's survival and development.And the appraisal of enterprise's technical innovation capability has aroused the domestic and foreign concerned scholars' widespread interest.Its significance is from the viewpoint of standard and real diagnosis union to research enterprise technical innovation capacity.Meanwhile it explores the common way of constructing enterprise technical innovation capability. |
