| 摘 要： | 从宏观角度考察新型农村合作医疗制度的推行对农村贫困人口的影响有十分重要的现实意义.以广东省为例,采用2005～2007年的各县(市、区)的面板数据进行实证分析,结果表明,农村合作医疗对各地减少农村贫困人口的数量有显著的作用.因此,进一步完善中国新型农村合作医疗制度能有效地减轻农村贫困.

| Abstract: | It is significant to study the effects of new rural cooperative medical system on the rural poverty.Using the panel data of Guangdong province,the positivistic result shows that new rural cooperative medical can reduce the quantity of poor peasants.So we should perfect our cooperative medical system to improve poor peasants' living. |
