试论基本建设材料管理

建筑材料是构成建筑工程实体的主要部分,约占成本的70％以上,材料质量的好坏,价格的高低都直接影响建筑工程的质量和成本。本文就建设单位材料管理中存在的问题,提出了加强材料管理,降低成本,堵塞管理漏洞应采取的主要措施和建议。

On the Capital Construction Material Management

The material is a main part to constitute construction engineering entity, roughly occupying the direct fee of more than 70 % , the quality and the price of the material directly affect the construction engineering's quality together with the cost. This article points out the problems existing in the material management of the construction units, and brings aboutsuggestions and countermeasures on how to enhance the material management, lower the cost and manage the loophole.
