| Abstract: | Health care and medical treatment relate to people's life and health,and a perfect health care system is very important to the construction of a harmonious society.So we have to probe the ultimate reason of the failure of health care system reform.The ultimate reason of the failure of Chinese health care system reform are the market failure and government failure.We should take measures to rectify the market failure and government failure so that Chinese health care system reform can be successful. |
