中国工业企业在应对国际金融危机中的表现

在国家一系列经济刺激政策作用下,中国企业采取了积极推进战略转型、加快兼并收购步伐、提升自主创新能力、优化企业管理等多项应对策略,抗击国际金融危机取得了阶段性胜利,并呈现一些新的发展特点,具体包括:企业景气状况稳步回升,经济主体信心日益增强;企业产销形势持续好转,库存再次出现攀升;企业出口扭转下滑势头,出口的根本性好转尚待时日;产品价格企稳回升,企业盈利水平逐步改观。尽管如此,当前中国企业自主创新能力不足问题依旧突出、招工难和用工紧张问题再次出现,新一轮的成本上升压力日益显著,中小企业融资难问题仍待破解,部分行业企业产能过剩问题严重。要破解这些问题,中国企业在后金融危机时代应进行主动转型升级和加强自主创新,而政府则应引导企业创新转型发展、帮助企业解决外部困难和监管企业的非理性行为。
