| 摘 要： | 本文基于Venkatraman(1989)的战略导向维度,以广东私营企业为研究对象,讨论了战略导向、创新与组织绩效之间的关系,以及技术创新在战略导向与组织绩效关系中的中介作用。研究结果表明,组织战略导向是技术创新前因变量,且对绩效有直接影响;技术创新有利于组织绩效提升;技术创新构成部分战略导向维度与组织绩效之间中介变量;企业规模使战略导向、技术创新和组织绩效之间的关系存在差别,而是否属于制造业的行业特征没有明显影响。
