Studying on China's Commercial Banks on Operational Risk Control

Since the economic crisis broken out,many banks have been failure in U.S,the risk management issues become the focus once again.Which a lot of bank cases incurred exposed operational risk of commercial banks in China,and operational risks have constrained the development of the banking,then how to control operational risks? Through case studies combined with substantial empirical investigation,we proposed solutions.
