| 摘 要： | 本文以同时具有学术性和应用性的7S结构作为区分管理学研究领域的标准,统计分析了国内外2001～2009年管理学各研究领域的研究方向和各研究领域的变化趋势图,并归纳出国内外管理学各研究领域的发展趋势类型及相关研究方向。这一尝试的目的在于平衡管理学理论研究和实务应用之间的关系,发现国内外研究的差异。研究发现,战略管理、人力资源管理、组织结构是近年国外管理学的热点研究领域;公司治理和竞争优势是近年国内管理学的热点研究领域。关键词词频的变化趋势反映,战略和技能将成为未来国外管理学研究的重点领域;结构和共同价值观将成为未来国内管理学研究的重点领域。研究还发现,尽管重视管理的软性因素和重视人的因素已被较普遍地接受,但国内对此的研究仍显得不足。
