组织社会化理论研究述评

摘    要:通过对组织社会化理论研究的梳理,分析了不同学者对组织社会化内涵理解的差异及其原因,并从组织参与者与分析维度两条路径,对基于组织主导视角、基于员工主导视角、基于员工与组织互动视角、基于跨文化比较视角的组织社会化理论进行了综述;探讨了目前组织社会化理论存在的问题并提出了今后的研究方向。

Abstract:Based on the literature of Organizational Socialization, the article reviewed its theoretical origin and the evolution process. Through underlying theoretical summary of Organizational Socialization research, the article analyzed the different understanding of Organizational Socialization definition and its causes by different scholars. From two study paths of participants as well as its study dimension, the researches based on organization-leading perspective, newcomer-leading perspective, interaction perspective and cross-cultural perspective has been carried on the full review. The problems in the present research and future possible directions have also been discussed.
