| Abstract: | This paper discuss the role of health management in mordern enterprise productivity. It suggests that health management is a new strategy of promoting the enterprise productivity in 21 century and effective method of raising the health resource benefit. Enterprise investing in health is an important human capital investment. So health management is a necessary way to enhance the competitive power of modern enterprise in all. |
