| 摘 要： | 本文从上市公司的净利润总额、盈利水平和资产质量状况三个方面，分析了2000年以来我国上市公司的经济效益情况，分行业考察了上市公司经济效益的差异。本文认为，宏观经济的稳定增长和消费升级将为上市公司未来的经济效益提升提供稳固的保障，同时，制度创新因素对上市公司未来经济效益还将产生积极的影响。

| Abstract: | In this paper, first, we analysis the listed company economic performance from four perspectives, such as, net profit, earning level, assets quality, and financial risk. Then, we further analysis the listed company economic performance from industrial perspective. Finally, we put forward macro economy stable increase, consuming improvement, and institution change will promote the increase of the listed company economic performance in future. |
