多样化复合型电子商务人才培养模式思考

大学生就业和深造方向的不明朗在相当程度上影响着其专业在社会上的认同和发展，甚至动摇着人们对一些根本问题的看法。本文从电子商务在我国的发展趋势、电子商务教育研究与实践现状分析入手，思考了电子商务人才需求和培养模式，提出了多样化复合型人才培养思路。本文认为，我国互联网络和电子商务持续升温和加速发展将带动相应人才需求的增长，企业电子商务需要的是多样化复合型人才，所谓“电子商务人才”是个集合名词，是既具有共性知识又各有专长的从事电子商务活动的人才总称。本文还探讨了复合型人才的培养如何体现在课内教学体系和实践教学体系的设计方面；多样化的培养如何体现在专业方向分化、面向就业的课外社会实践活动等。本文认为，电子商务专业多样化发展是必然趋势，但多样化的方向确定还需要进一步的研究探索。

The writer agreed that Internet and EC in china would moderately speeded up, that would pull the demand of human resource accordingly; what enterprises needed were diversified compound EC talents; compound talents could be trained by system of curriculums and practical plan; diversified cultivating could be turned out by diversified cultivating directions and occupation-oriented social practical activities beyond class. By diversified cultivating, EC major could be developed further, but the directions of diversification had some uncertain.
