信息管道企业的可持续发展

为了避免重复破路与打造公平竞争的网络平台，自2000年开始，北京、上海等城市先后对信息管道的建设与管理进行体制改革，组建了第三方的专业化企业负责统一建设与经营信息管道，但各地模式不一，改革成效与企业的经营效益也相差很大。信息管道的体制改革对提升城市基础设施的承载力、提高城市管理水平与美化市容等具有重要意义。本文总结了相关理论研究与企业实践，在该领域首次提出了信息管道企业可持续发展的概念、模型与路径，并结合典型案例进行了深入分析。

How Information-pipeline Enterprises Achieve the Sustainable Development

In order to avoid re-dig-road and construct the network flat of fair competition, from 2000,Beijing,Shanghai and other domestic megalopolis successively began to reform, the third-party professional enterprises were founded which collectively construct the information pipeline. The methods are different among the cities, and theeffects are also different widely.The information-pipeline industry has great influ ence on the rising of bear of the cities infrastructure, the improvement of administration, and the beatification of environment. This article summarize the correlative researches and the practice, firstly bring forward the concept, model and the path of the sustainable development in this industry. Besides, the article analyzes the representative case in Beijing.
