摘    要:论文基于心理契约的理论和方法,从心理契约破裂与违背的角度对员工流失的根本原因和后果进行了分析,建立了心理契约和员工流失的关系模型和控制模型。

Abstract:In this paper, psychological contract-based theory of thesis and method, have broken from psychological contract with the angle root cause going against to employee running off and have carded out relation model and under the control of model having analyzed,building the psychological contract and employee running off .
