| 摘 要： | 目前关于人力资源价值计量的研究均是围绕企业展开,而对于事业单位的人力资源价值计量领域的研究甚少。究其原因,一方面,我国事业单位改革还不够深入,人力资源管理问题还未受到应有的重视;另一方面,现有的人力资源价值计量方法和模型对于事业单位的适用性较差。本文试图针对事业单位自身特性,为其设计计量模型,以便于更好地开展事业单位人力资源管理工作。
