和合管理的价值观体系

摘    要:任何一种社会科学的理论体系,都要求有一定的价值观为指导。传统的和合理念为什么能够经久不衰?因为和合理念是中华民族深厚历史文化的结晶,符合经济社会发展的需要。和合管理为什么能够支撑中国封建社会数千年的持续发展?因为和合管理不仅有着现实的适应性,而且还在于理论上有着正确的价值观基础。本研究揭示,以人为本与和合理念是和合管理特有的叠生价值观体系。以人为本与和合理念的有机组合,是和合管理与时俱进的生命力源泉。

Abstract:The theoretical systems of any kind of social sciences, all demand certain values as guide.Why can the traditional thought of He-he management be prolonged? For the concept of He-he is a part of the crystallization of Chinese long history and culture, and it meets the development of social and economic. Why did He-he management make the Chinese feudal society develop for over two thousand years? Not only because it has realistic power to adapte, hut also it based on a correct values foundation in theory. The He-he Management regards the "People-Oriented" concepts and "He-he" as gemel value principles. The mix of the "People-Oriented" and"He-he" is a vitality source that He-he management grows in accordance with time.
