| 摘 要： | 技术创新离不开高层领导者的推动和指导。然而,什么样的领导行为能够促进技术创新的组织层面的研究尚比较少。本文基于组织学习的视角探讨了高层领导行为对技术创新的影响机制,并运用我国的样本进行了检验。结果发现,企业如果想获得突破性技术创新需要高层领导者展现变革型领导行为以推动探索式组织学习来实现此目的,而渐进性技术创新的实现则依赖于交易型领导行为来影响利用式组织学习以实现,从而进一步说明不同的创新类型需要不同的领导行为的支持和匹配,要求高层领导者根据创新的不同来适时培养和调整自己的领导行为。
