| 摘 要： | 国际竞争优势的形成是培育对外直接投资主体的关键。香港地区是我国大陆企业对外直接投资的首选。本文通过分析我国大陆企业对香港直接投资的动因,探索我国大陆企业在对香港直接投资过程中的成长路径。我国对外直接投资企业国际竞争力是具有层次的综合竞争力,其成长也是基于这些层次的国际竞争力的增强。在此基础上,建立了我国对外直接投资主体成长的函数模型。

| Abstract: | Multinational-enterprise superiority is the key to development of FDI body.Hong Kong is first choice of Chinese FDI.We analyze the reasons of Chinese enterprises invest to Hong Kong and the routes of Chinese enterprises superiority development.Chinese multinational-enterprises develop on three levels multinational-enterprise superiority.We build the developing model of Chinese multinational enter- prise. |
