中国式和合管理的方法论问题

所谓和合管理，就是以中国和合哲学思想为指导的、从实际情况出发的、借鉴现代管理科学理念创新而成的管理理论。和合理念是中华民族深厚历史文化的结晶，是中国管理科学独特视角的新探索。在新的历史时期，作为一种新的尝试，创新发展和合管理仍存在很多未知内容有待于进一步研究。因为任何一种科学研究都伴随着方法论问题探索，因此，本文的研究旨在于探讨中国式和合管理的方法论问题。

Methodological Problems in Chinese He-he Management

He-he management is guided by Chinese traditional He-he philosophy. It is the management science using for reference of the modern management thoughts setting about solving the practical problem in recent Chinese economic reform. The concept of He-he is a part of the crystallization of Chinese long history and culture, and it is an exploration in view of the specification of Chinese management science. In this new historical time, as a new try, the mix of creativity and He-he management has many unknowing contents and uncertain factors to research. For any scientific research, it is accompanied by the research on methodological problem. So, this article aims to make study on the research methodology in Chinese He-he management.
