我国饭店业女性员工的职业发展

本文以女性人力资源丰富的饭店业为研究对象,探讨我国女性员工在饭店业的职业发展特点和规律。研究表明,我国中高档星级饭店女性成为管理者的机会较少,女性管经者的比例较低;与男性相比,女性能够较早晋升为管理者,但晋升为总经理较困难,女性职业发展过程中存在玻璃天花板现象。

Career Development of Women Employees in Hotel Industry
