| 摘 要： | 本文使用我国30个省2003~2008年省级面板数据对科研投入产出效率进行了测算与比较研究。结果发现,我国科研投入产出效率存在明显的地区差异性;大部分地区的科研投入产出效率呈现先下降、后上升的特征,其拐点出现于2004~2005年间;各地区都不同程度地存在投入冗余或产出不足;科研活动市场化程度、基础研究投入强度、产学研结合程度、科技人员投入对科研投入产出效率均有显著的正向影响作用,各指标每上升1%,其效率将分别增长0.39%、1.01%、0.31%和16%,但科技经费投入对效率的影响不显著。
