| 摘 要： | 对企业技术创新能力评价进行研究，有利于发现企业技术创新发展中的不足并提升其技术创新能力。文章从企业技术创新能力评价的指标体系设计原则、指标体系构建以及评价方法三个方面，对已有研究成果进行总结评论，以探讨仓业抟术创新能力评价研究中的问题及其发展趋势。

| Abstract: | Studying on the evaluation of the firm technological innovation capability is important to find the disadvantages in the development of the firm technological innovation and enhance their technological innovation capability.This paper concludes and comments on the existing researches from three aspects,including the design principles of evaluation index,the evaluation index system and the evaluating methods,to discuss the inadequacies as well as future prospect of the evaluation of the firm technological innovation capability. |
