| 摘 要： | 徽商文化深受儒家文化的影响，对后世影响深远，尤其对当代青年学生具有十分重要的教育意义。文章探讨了徽商文化与儒家文化的关系，从商业道德、处事哲学两方面对徽商文化内涵进行了分析，阐述了徽商文化对高职学生职业素养培育的意义，并提出了以徽商文化精神培育学生素养的有效途径。

| Abstract: | Huishang （ancient merchants from Huizhou Prefecture） Culture, deeply influenced by Confucianism, has a far-reaching effect on later generations, especially significant to the young students in modern age. This article probes the link between Huishang culture and Confucianism, analyzes the connotation in Huishang culture fromthe angles of business ethics and socializing philosophy, and elaborates its significance to the professional qualitycultivation of vocational college students. At the end of the article, efficient approaches of cultivation are suggested. |
