医患关系的现状调查及对策

基于某三级医院的183名医生和247名患者的问卷调查，发现医患关系紧张的原因有社会投入严重不足、卫生体制滞后、社会矛盾的体现、医患沟通欠佳、媒体推波助澜、病人救济渠道不畅等因素，故需要通过加强立法，确保医疗卫生投入、加强医患沟通、建立医疗纠纷的解决体系等途径加以解决。

The Investigation of Current Doctor-patient Relationships and the Countermeasures

The questionnaire survey was conducted among 183 doctors and 247 patients in a first-level hospital and we make the ob-jective and systematic analysis .On the basis of the analysis, the insufficiency of social investment, the lagging of healthy system and orga-nization, the social contradictions ,the insufficient communication between the doctors and the patients, the action of adding fuel to the fire from the mass media, and the hindering system for aiding patients as well are all contributed to the intensive relationship between the doctors and the patients. In order to solve the problem, it is necessary to strengthen the legislation, ensure the investment in health care, and enhance the communication between the doctors and patients, and build up the solving system to the medical deputes.
