| 摘 要： | 日本对外投资的成功首先取决于寻求海外资源,解决国内资源危机;日本海外投资积极应用了比较优势原理;日本对外投资规避了不断升级的贸易摩擦;在日元升值彘件下,大量投资于海外不动产,银行采用了低利率的策略,对外投资的全球化和多样化,有力地规避了投资风险.但日本的对外投资也存在着失误,主要是:大量的资金流入美国,增加了投资风险;大量资本流向海外,导致了日本产业空洞化的产生.对于当前中国的"走出去"战略而言,海外投资要注重品牌和技术;鼓励企业走向海外,转移贸易冲突;资源开发产业应该是中国对外投资的重点;中国跨国公司在发展对外投资、跨国经营上要充分尊重当地文化.融合当地社会环境以及积极参与东道国的公益事业.
