| 摘 要： | 2010年度奥地利研发经费有所增长，比2009年增长3．4％，达78．1亿欧元。在欧洲创新国家排名中奥地利排名靠前，位列瑞典、芬兰、德国、丹麦和英国之后。积极参加欧盟第七科研框架计划，大力发展生命科学研究，支持开展第三阶段的基因组研究计划GEN-AU；积极实施能源战略，推广新能源技术，以实现2020年减排16％和能效提高20％的目标。

| Abstract: | Austrian R＆D investment increased in 2010 over 2009, up 3.4% to 78.1 billion Euros. The position of Austria in the European Innovation Scoreboard ranked after Sweden, Finland, Germany, Denmark and the United Kingdom. Austria actively participated in the EU＇s Seventh Research Framework Programme, developed life science research, supported the third phase of Genome Research Program GEN-AU; carried out the energy strategies and promoted new energy technologies to achieve the target of 16% C02 reduction and 20% improvement in energy efficiency by 2020. |
