| 摘 要： | 医药行业是我国四大重点技术创新行业之一，也是公认适合发展电子商务的行业。本文从当前全球及国内医药电子商务的发展态势分析入手。从多个层面和视角指出了我国医药电子商务发展中存在的主要症结和困局，最后提出了发展医药电子商务的路径选择和政策安排。

| Abstract: | Pharmaceutical industry is one of the four key technical innovation industry in China. It is all acceptable that pharmaceutical industry is suitable for e-commerce. The paper analyzes the current pharmaceutical industry e-commerce development and introduces the problems and predicaments from various perspectives and finally puts forward some routes and policy arrangements about pharmaceutical industry e-commerce. |
