| Abstract: | Through establishing the validity test variables of the fiscal policy under the conditions of open economy,this article inspects the effectiveness of the overall fiscal policy and the measures constituted using cointegration and causation test methods,and makes a conclusion about the implementation effect and principle at this stage in accordance with the performance and characteristics of China's fiscal policy. |
