| 摘 要： | 产业融合变革是产业的发展趋势，随着新工业革命和互联网信息技术的融合推进，新产业、新技术、新业态和新商业模式不断产生。产业融合发展正成为产业结构由低级向高级有序演进的重要路径。本文通过对产业融合发展机理和融合变革驱动力的分析，探索产业融合变革的新路径，为我国在新工业革命与互联网融合情景下的产业变革提供新的路径参考。
