| 摘 要： | 随着证券市场的发展和上市公司的壮大，对上市公司的研究日益重要，本采用多元回归分析，单因素分析，分类统计三种方法对股利政策和财务指标之间的关系进行了研究，得出一些暂时结论，希望有利于理论研究和实务操作。
