| 摘 要： | 信用评级指标体系是信用评级的依据，也是保证信用评级结果客观公正的手段。当前主要存在指标体系包括哪些内容、设置原则、应否规范化、如何评价、评价标准如何确定等问题，特别是“入世”以前，如何向发达国家学习。作者从理论上作了一些研究，提出了自己的看法。
