跨国公司进入转型国家的区位因素分析

长期以来,学术界不乏有关转型国家经济改革和跨国公司发展方面的理论文献,但是对于跨国公司与转型国家之间的相互联系和影响方面的研究,还存在一些空白。本文以CEE国家和CIS国家为切入点,根据转型国家在转型各个历史时期对于外国直接投资的利用情况,以区位理论为理论依据,分析跨国公司进入转型国家进行区位投资的原因和经济效应。

The Location Study for the Multinational Corporation Entry in Transition Countries

There are many academics on restructuring the transition country's economic reform and the development of Multinational corporations.But there are still some gaps of interrelated and impact study between multinational companies and the countries in transition.This paper base on the location theory take the CEE countries and the CIS countries as the main entry point,According to the utilization of foreign direct investment for the transition countries in the various historical periods,analyses the location investment factors and economic effects of the multinational companies into the transition countries.
