| Abstract: | New socialist rural construction is the only way to promote our rural economics and modem agriculture. It is also an important aspect of expediting national economy and increasing the integrative benefit of economic growth with social development. In addition, it has got very practical and far-reaching historical significances in boosting and actualizing regional structure, industrial collocating frame of national development as well as an effective change and reconstruction of resource exploitation-utilization mode. |
